  • How do we get up and running fast?

    If you own or manage a business that handles information, you need to understand computers and the Internet. If you don’t, you’re losing business to your competitors. You don’t need to know the technology itself, but you do need to know its implications for your business. Our software is extremely user-friendly and we provide the necessary training and support so that you get to grips with it.   • How do I get a return on my investment?

    Nine out of ten customers say that they got a return on investment in the first six months of using the software. BlindMatrix comes with out-the-box functions and features, like the shared calendar and job management tools. Making use of these functions and focusing on quoting and selling your simplest and biggest selling products first is a great way to start to get a return on your investment.
  • How do I get my employees involved?

    All businesses, from small to medium-sized and large, will have a different experience when it comes to adopting new software. It’s a good idea to have a nominated member of staff to manage and coordinate the project, to ensure the right tasks are completed at the right time. We encourage you and your team to join the online training sessions and learn from our consultants and other business leaders.
  • How long will it take to get setup?

    Since the software is in the cloud, once you have your URL and login details you are  able to start getting benefits from the software immediately. Joining our online events, reading our articles and watching our videos helps you get up and running quickly. If you need help building your products, we can assist you.
  • How do I get my business data into the software?

    It is quick and easy to add your supplier and cost data to the software. It may seem daunting at first but with a little practice, you can setup all your suppliers and add your prices tables without hassle. If you need our support, we are here to assist you.
  • Do you have any product templates we can use?

    We have templates that we can load into your software for common products, such as Rollers and Verticals and are happy to load these in. You will need to make adjustments and customise the products to meet your specific business needs.
